Job Description

  • To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Dealers / Sub-dealers segments for wellness Bathroom products like wellness & bathroom products whirlpool bathtub, a spa tub, steam shower cabins, shower columns, steam generator, home swimming pools. Develop new business opportunities, such as new customers, new markets.
  • To promote our Sanitary ware in the assigned region.
  • To build up and develop close relationships with existing dealers / sub-dealers. Good at Dealer networking.
  • To appoint new dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market. Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
  • To ensure secondary sales generation to support existing / new dealers / sub-dealers.
  • To estimate segment-wise, size-wise market share analysis of the assigned region and report the same.
  • To maintain a detailed database of dealers and sub-dealers.
  • To ensure proper marketing activities such as Dealers, Architects & Plumber meets.
  • To report competitors' activities in the allotted area and suggest countermeasures.
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Track new infrastructure developments in the respective territories and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
  • To implement new marketing strategies introduced by the management from time to time.

Candidate with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brand of Bathroom accessories, ceramics, luxury homes & lifestyle products of International repute through Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Builders & Contractors would be highly desirable.

The incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative, and have their own conveyance.

Minimum Criteria required for candidates for call center jobs

1. Should be able to handle customer complaints on phone & call back to customers (Inbound & Outbound)

2. Handling overall customer queries, problems and providing their solutions within the timeline.

3. Looking over rigorous follow-ups for collecting all the outstanding dues.
